Lauren Davis
My Story
Hi, my name is Lauren.
I grew up between Longford and Mayo and left for boarding school in 2009 following in my father's footsteps. I attended the Kings Hospital school in Palmerstown, Dublin for six years. I was given the independence to gain character and confidence there and was awarded school prefect, a huge honor for any student.
I come from a background in the Supermarket industry, both of my parents were raised by shopkeepers and together they took over the running of our 3rd generation supermarket in Longford. I began working part-time in our shop when I was fifteen years old.
I have a degree in Business Studies from Dublin Business School. I wanted to further my studies in the area of food and progress my business knowledge so I applied for the MSc in Food Business Strategy in Smurfit Business School. I graduated in December 2019 with a first-class honours degree.
